Situated on the edge of our small wood with far reaching views across the ponds and gardens, the cottage has a large sociable open plan kitchen, living and dining space. Furnished with a very large comfortable leather sofa, glass furniture and a smart television.  The log burner adds to the cosiness. Oak stable doors open onto a private slate flagged terrace opposite the duck ponds.

Up the oak staircase you enter into a single bedroom area which leads through a door into a larger room featuring a king-size bed and a single bed. The master room enjoys views across the garden both through a full-length glass gable end window and a Velux roof balcony window. There is room for cot.
